The Mo & Sally Collection:

Listen to the Mo & Sally Show Weekday Mornings on KOOL 105.5

It was the year the Prince predicted "We would Party Like".... it was 1999!

I met Mo and Sally when I was playing piano with Hugh Jorgan's Dueling Piano bar.

The Jorgan Brothers and I produced several popular songs for the show, including "I Need You Mo", "Smooth Boobies", the Desperado parody "Dan Marino", and the still popular "Stuck on 95".

Two or three radio stations and dozens of dueling piano bars later, I'm happy to still be writing and recording for these guys.

Bret Farvre and the Jets (Aug. 13 2008)
Goodbye Green Bay, Hello NY.  Well, at least Miami ended up with Chad Pennington.

He's Got a Hairy Back (Jan. 4, 2008)
To be honest I could care less about my hairy back.  If I can't see it, it's not a problem.  Sort of like that bald spot on the back of my head.

(Christmas Time is the Best time For You to Practice) Lying to Your Loved Ones -(Dec. 14, 2007)
I don't have this song posted right now.  It's one of those annual things that make an appearance once a year.  However, if you'd like an MP3 of this song, just shoot me an email at callmejim@callmejim.com

Dolphins -(Oct. 2, 2007)
Well at the time I am writing this, the Miami Dolphins are 0 and 4.  Even the NY Jets won one game.  Oh yeah, that was against the Dolphins.

Halo (The Halo 3 Song) -(Sept 27, 2007)
What do Star Wars Episode 1, the last Harry Potter book and Halo 3 have in common?  Geeks (like me) take the day off from work to enjoy them.

Playing with My Wii  (First aired September 26, 2007)
Everyone loves the Nintendo Wii.  This is the version you won't hear on the radio.

Sports Memorabilia (TBA)
O.J. back in the news. Back in the spotlight.  Back in the slammer?  We'll see.
This song was co-written by my friend Roger Whiteman... ummm and Paul Simon... obviously.

Don't You Go Tasering Me(First aired Sept. 20, 2007)
Remember that idiot who got tasered for acting like a moron during the John Kerry speech?  Me neither.  However it was the most exciting thing to ever happen during a John Kerry speech, so it deserves a song.

Leave Birtney Alone NOW! (First aired Sept. 14, 2007)
This is my duet with that crazed Britney Spears Fan.  This is actually as close as I'll ever get to singing a duet with Boy George...yeah... ummm this is close enough.

I am Not Gay (First aired Sept. 3, 2007)
This is from Sen. Larry Craig the musical.  Here's the part where he sings his police interview.

Tainted Stuff (First aired Aug. 29, 2007)
Confucius Say: Made in China means Bring it Back!

Bye Bye Vic (First aired Aug. 27, 2007)
Look!  It's Michael Vic! Sick em boy!  Sick em!

The Snowbirds are Back in Town (First aired Dec 2006)
South Florida!  If you live here year round, you can certainly appreciate the economic boost our friends from up north bring us every winter. Especially when they clutter up our roads and act like they own the place.

Talking Bout My Generator (First aired June 2005)
There's nothing funny about a hurricane ripping through your town.  However, if you have no power for weeks and you're neighbor has one of them loud generators grinding day and night blowing fumes through you're open windows... then hurricanes down right suck.

You're a Nation (Live in Studio) (From July 2001)
We stopped in to see Mo & Sally at their new digs at WRMF and sang this one live.  I wrote this one, and Keith Kelly came up with the extra stuff at the end.  Mark Deweese and Jeremie Melotkie are in the background.

This Zit (First aired Summer 2000)
This parody of Faith Hill's "This Kiss" is one from back in the Hugh Jorgan's Days.  We were asked to be part of the 2000 MIX Summer Mixer concert, (see photo above) so we wrote this one to beef up the set.  I can still remember looking at the audience and seeing people sing along to this stupid song.

Stuck on "95" (First aired March 2000)
This parody of Dolly Parton's "Working 9 to 5" was written in 2000, for the Mo & Sally radio show.  Mo came up with the concept, I jotted some lyrics, and polished it up and recorded it with the gang from Hugh Jorgan's Dueling Piano Bar.   It went on to be Mo and Sally's most requested song (for like a week).

I Need You Mo (First aired Dec. 1999)
This was one of the first songs Hugh Jorgan's did for Mo & Sally.  On vocals is Keith Kelly (aka Hugh Jorgan), Mark Deweese (aka Lar Jorgan) and myself (aka. Nynin Jorgan).

MORE MUSIC

B*I*T*C*H
One of my most requested songs.  This song has been heard in dueling piano bars around the country.  It's available on my CD Beer and Fireworks.

Two Guys Named Chris Song
My brothers favorite radio show in Greensboro NC, holds a songwriting contest.  We co-wrote this song and it  took home first prize; the "Ice House Plank Road Brewery Replica"!  Thanks to Ice House, Two Guys Named Chris, and Rock.92.

Marlins Fan Again
This song had a good run on the  Kevin and Virginia show, on WILD 95.5, in October 2003, when the Florida Marlins made it to the World Series.

Virginia's 30 Now
Here's another song I wrote for the Kevin and Virginia show, for Virginia's 30th Birthday.

COMEDY (For lack of a better word)

CALLING THE GAME
I always found something odd about the way football announcers spoke.  From my CD Beer and Fireworks
